Biodegradable grow bags are designed specifically for mushroom cultivation and have been manufactured using eco-friendly materials which allow them to biodegrade over time. Grow bags will typically include a microfilter patch that provides fresh air and allows the CO2 gasses produced by growing mycelium to escape. The special filter patch is also effective in blocking airborne contaminants from entering the bag.
